How much detergent do I use?
How much laundry can I put in each washer or dryer?
We offer machines that hold from small loads (2 baskets) to large loads (8+ baskets). We recommend you fill up to about 75% of its capacity. This will allow your clothing to be properly agitated, ensuring the best wash and dry possible!
Do you have any machines that can fit a large comforter or bedding?
Yes, we now have large machines available to serve all of your large capacity needs - for example, handling all of your comforters, bedding or all your laundry in one machine.
What credit cards do your machines accept?
Our updated payment system accepts ALL payment methods including all debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay or the original…quarters.
Can I leave my laundry and run errands?
You can leave your laundry while it is washing or drying and ask that you return before your cycle ends. We encourage you to visit our neighbors - Family First Barber, Our Town Variety or Ludlow Pizza.
I am having trouble with a machine (coin machine or anything at all), what do I do?
If we aren’t there, you can call us at (413) 308-0344 and we will help you.
What time is the last wash?
The last wash is to be started no later than 8:00 PM every day. Our doors lock automatically at 9PM, so we want to ensure you have enough time to run your last wash and dryer cycle, plus enough time to fold your items.
What are your hours?
We are open 365 days/7 days a week - weekdays 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM and weekends we open an hour earlier at 5:00 AM. We will post any special holiday hours.
Do you offer Wash and Fold or a Drop off Service?

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer a loyalty card program and will share updates via our Facebook and Instagram page.
